The speaker for the Fallbrook Village Rotary’s May 14th meeting was Raj Narayanan. Raj was the General Manager for the Storm Stadium in Lake Elsinore for the last 6 years. He was also in the Temecula Rotary for 8 years. Since he felt it is important to give back to the community, he left a successful career in finance to be in baseball. He quoted Ubuntu philosopher, Nelson Mandela, “I am, because we are.”
The storm now is in its 26th season and is involved in many activities to give back to the community such as the Thunder Care Foundation for kids and sponsors activities and hosts events for the Boys & Girls Club.
