Rotarians and Miss/Teen Fallbrook Scholarship recipients work together to trim the plants, sweep the patio, and wash down the area.

Both groups worked together on a warm, summer morning while wearing their masks. The Fallbrook Veterans Honor Roll received a good scouring, and strong shears pruned tree limbs. Shrub clippings, fallen leaves and cobwebs were swept away. The chairs and tables moved around to different areas to be soap sprayed, scrubbed and rinsed. Once the Rotarians and Miss/Teen Fallbrook Scholarship recipients finished, the Vince Ross Village Square sparkled in the sun.

Things kept moving with Rotarians Tom Stuver and Paul Shilts pushing the brooms.

After slowly edging a portion of one planter, Rotarian George Archibold happily learned an electric trimmer could do the job much faster.

Miss/Teen Fallbrook Scholarship recipients put down their lovely crowns to help wipe down the plaques, cut down bushes and take over sweeping duty.

As the day grew hotter, everyone enjoyed seeing the square hosed down to complete the project.
