President Don Weeks welcomes Rachel Mason to our Club!

In the last month of this 2021-22 Rotary year, our club had an exciting increase our membership as we inducted Rachel Mason, Fallbrook Regional Health District's Chief Executive Officer.  A few months ago, she helped our club with the 4-Club Social using the Community Health & Wellness Center. She reminded everyone that the center is available for all non-profit group meetings. Remodeling at the center won't be for another two years.

She received the latest version of the RI pin, a “Rotarians at Work” t-shirt, our Ladies’ Fallbrook Village Polo, and a New Member certificate. As soon as she received the shirts, she commented that we must be ready for her to volunteer and that she knew that's how it all works with Rotary. She started with the Temecula Rotary in 2007 and spent some time with the Fallbrook Club. It wasn’t her first Rotary but it is her first meeting as part of Fallbrook Village.

Now that she joined our club, she received good-natured teasing from not requiring a 4-Way test plaque. She almost had to recite it from memory but the Rotarians joined in repeating the 4-Way Test with her.

Again, Welcome Rachel!
