Rotary brings the Madrigals to the Regency for Christmas.

Rotarians always enjoy the Madrigals’ music at Christmas time. Bringing the Madrigals to the Regency Assisted Living added to the celebration. Madrigals have a long standing tradition of performing throughout the county for the holidays and various community events. They sang many old favorites and some contemporary Christmas carols.

While the Madrigals has become a yearly tradition, we had to forego it in 2020. Social distancing even resulting in a few changes for this year. Rotarians sat at a nearby guest dining room rather than sharing tables with the residents. A separate Rotary lunch occurred offsite after the Madrigal’s performance.

Rotarians watch the Madrigals at a COVID-safe distance at the Regency.

During the lunch at Denny's, the Madrigals sang Jingle Bells for the waitress.
