District Governor Luis Carranza presents the banner to our President Cindy

DG Luis Carranza told club members how growing up with a disabled brother prepared him to serve as a Rotarian. When first worked in a nursing home, he realized how a kind word and sitting by someone's bedside made a person feel seen. He had considered being a doctor but realized just being there for people was just as important. It bought home the need for service above self. Today, he helps people obtain mortgages to purchase their homes.  Check out his website

Our club enjoyed hosting our luncheon for the District Governor as well as our Assistant District Governor Paulette Britton and District Governor Elect Jeb Bakke.
