Among the items discussed at our regular 3rd Tuesday Club Board meeting was the need to make adjustments to our current lunch arrangements so that we can continue to enjoy meeting at 127 West. As there is a need to have a minimum of 15 members per meeting, which we have been unable to consistently meet, it will be necessary to have the club membership handle all logistics associated with lunch service. This includes picking up the meals at Trupiano's at 11:45 and delivering to 127 West Social House, as well as setting up basic beverage service and basic clean-up after the meeting. To facilitate this, we will be creating a monthly "greeter" sign up, wherein members will sign up for this responsibility on a rotating basis each month. Be on the lookout for a separate email sign up. On a related note, if you are still having challenges with placing your lunch order on google sheets, please reach out to Steve to troubleshoot.
